Quality Inspection & Testing

We have in-house facilities for following Inspection & Testing activities.

1. Dye Penetration examination of Weld, Backchips, Dishends etc (Approved brand)
2. Tong tester / Multimiter for testing / Verification of welding current /3 Voltage, Operating current for drive motors etc. 2 Nos. (Memco + 1 No.Japanese Imported)
3. Dial Gauge for out of Roughness (Runout) measurement for Agitators & Components. (Mitutoyo)
4. Radiography Test m/c for verification of defected weld joint.
6. Magnetic particle test m/c for composition of percentage of materials as like as (Cr, Mo, Ni, C).
7. Stress reliving m/c for the heating of AS, Nace, Pipe & Fitting joint.
